Images include landscapes and crowds gathered to see Roosevelt. When Roosevelt is shown, it is noted in the description. The inside front cover of the album is inscribed, "To Mrs. Theodore Roosevelt. Impressions of the campaign, Detroit, Michigan to Pueblo, Colorado, September 1900. Compliments of the perpetrator who 'effaced himself.'"

Knute Nelson was born in Vosse Elven, Norway, on February 2, 1843.
